DATE fournit périodiquement à ses clients enregistrés des codes de réduction. Ces coupons peuvent prendre la forme d'un rabais en valeur ou d'un rabais en pourcentage.

Chaque coupon généré aura ses propres caractéristiques spécifiées au moment de l'envoi.

Comment utiliser votre Coupon>

  • Choisissez les produits que vous voulez acheter en les ajoutant à votre panier.
  • Procédez aux étapes d'achat requises.
  • Utilisez votre code de réduction à l'étape 3 du résumé de la commande.
  • Saisissez le code de réduction dans l'espace prévu et cliquez sur le bouton "utiliser".
  • Le total de votre commande sera recalculé sur la base du rabais associé au Coupon utilisé.

How to use your gift cards

DATE allows customers to get prepaid gift cards to shop exclusively online at DATE official website. These gift cards can be purchased online by accessing the designated page from the navigation menu and are sent as virtual gifts in the form of a discount code.

Gift Card General Conditions

  • The gift card shall be used only in the shipping country selected at the time of purchase.
  • Payments made through the gift card shall be in the same currency used to purchase it.
  • Gift cards can be used to make multiple purchases .
  • Gift cards have a validity of 12 months from the time the order confirmation email is sent.
  • A gift card code can be combined with other gift card codes and additional valid discount codes.
  • The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
  • All merchandise purchased through the gift card can be returned. The amount for each item returned will not be reimbursed in cash but credited back to the original virtual gift card up to the full value of the gift card.
  • The right of withdrawal for unused gift cards can be exercised within 14 days. Only the original buyer may exercise this right by emailing a request for Gift Card cancellation to Customer Service.

How to use your gift card

  • Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
  • Go through the requested purchase steps.
  • Use your gift card at the third step in the Order Summary.
  • Enter the gift card code in the blank field and click "use".
  • The order total will be recalculated according to the available balance of your gift card at the time of placing your Order.
